Friends 'n Flowers

An enjoyable day at home, various activities. Mid afternoon a special delivery of the most beautiful flowers - in a bowl of water! - but no clue who sent them. I took loads of photos (extra) but none really do justice to how pretty they are. 

Most of the afternoon was spent working with an idea in my sketch book - I'll post when it's finished.  Early evening I had a video call with Robin and discovered she's the secret flower sender - her thoughtfulness in this and in organizing yesterday's surprise zoom chat with friends on my birthday is another significant reminder (as if I needed it), of how lucky I am.

A quiet evening followed a half hour video chat with Caitlin, and now I am searching for and failing to find, something worth watching while I knit as the clock ticks off the time till I go zzzz
