Growth in Hard Places

It's nice to be able to get out for a quick walk before of after work again. Today, my eye was caught by these grape hyacinths flourishing in the gutter.

By accident, a wide shot for Wide Wednesday, but not the slightest bit spooky (which is the unseasonal theme for today)!
