New toy

Totally impractical here where there's a step between every room - but bought with the intention that it will be invaluable in Ireland, where all the floors are wood/laminate, with no steps (except the main flight from ground level to first floor).

It arrived this morning, we've christened it Rocky, and we had a fun half hour watching it find its way around the kitchen.  It was moving at quite a lick when I took this photo.

Shortly after, we started fielding phone calls from the Estate Agents, and had to spend some time seriously cleaning - there was a small pile of washing up in the sink - as we have already had one viewing this afternoon, with two more booked in over the next couple of days.  Fingers crossed, hold thumbs, these will be fruitful.  

We are fortunate - our vendor in Ireland has said that he will wait for us to find a new buyer.
