The Return of the Chipmunk

Now, the opening act of spring is complete.  I saw the first daffodils sprouting, I spotted a pair of Robins hopping and now a chippy is dining at the Back Porch Cafe!  The snow has retreated significantly in the last few days although it is still chilly.  More rain on the way and more melting.  Now, I'll go out and pick some forsythia branches to bring and force.  Ah, spring!
