Vege moussaka

My house sitters returned today after taking a weekend break in Golden Bay.  Their next sit begins tomorrow and I was very happy to have them stay tonight to make the transition to their next sit a bit easier.  Plus it gave us a chance to catch up on things.  I made this colourful veggie moussaka for dinner which seemed to go down well.
