First lambs....

to arrive in the village. We knew it must be imminent as lambs have been arriving in the villages further down the Dale. We are usually a bit later as we're higher up and not so sheltered. In the days to come they will suddenly be everywhere and I will be able to watch them in the field next to my kitchen. I hope the weather stays reasonably mild for them as so often we have snow with the first lambs! The sunshine will give them such a lovely introduction to the world!
