Sun and warmth all day, so plenty done outside. Dog couldn’t believe his luck and got 4 walks, this one early in the morning along the West boundary with the young cows for curious company , Liz and her dog Mina dog-napped us when I was mowing the grass and we walked the farm again mid afternoon, then round Susan’s woods at 6pm after doing the stables and a night time gander with Mike as it was so beautiful and mild at 10 pm .
Also in the day was a breakthrough moment for client in a practice therapy session with me. Found the root cause of her long term current binge eating problem . The smile went off the edge of her face and she looked like a different person at the end of it, freed. I love this therapy .
