Lunch!

It was smoked mackerel and salad for lunch today! The weather is getting warmer but we do tend to have salad for lunch the whole year round!! Note the home-made loaf - our bread-maker has been a very successful buy about a year ago. Bread is made at least three times a week. It takes a couple of hours, but it is certainly worth it!!
