Portrait of an artist

 
This morning I got a call from artist friend Lys Hansen inviting us over for afternoon tea in the garden with her and husband George. It’s the first day where it’s been warm enough to sit outside.
 
It was an invitation we accepted with alacrity, after a very frustrating day battling with computers. Great to be able to enjoy the sunshine, drink tea and chat after what is a two-year lockdown and a long winter.
