Cookergate

No ice this morning (unlike yesterday) so cycled to the pool and did an hour.

There was continued young and froing about cooker delivery but it quickly became clear I'd have to go down and wait. Not a problem as I took my laptop. The delivery came in reasonable time and the installation was very quick.

Set off for Granton along the coast. Such a beautiful day, though slightly chilly out of the sun. Stopped in Newhaven to a) take a blip of the Harbour b) return a phone call c) grab a cup of coffee. The call was to tell me after 2 years of being Covid free a carer has tested +be so Mum has to do LFTs for the rest of the week. 

Then to Granton Campus fir an in person Board meeting. It was a hybrid meeting with 5 folk on the video link. It seemed to go well and it was good to be back in the same room. The ability to have asides with the Principal has been much missed. We also finished nearly an hour early though I still didn't get home till almost 6. Seemed odd to be back to coming home late afternoon from 'work'.

Quiet evening. Much to do tomorrow morning.
