Shameless selfie at the hospice. Lou had got dressed for an appointment with the consultant and looked great.
Her pain relief has been increased and she was very snoozy,  so I did hand and feet massages and a facial for her instead of too much gossiping.

I go to Mexico with Anne tomorrow. She went there with John before she lost him to Covid and wanted to go back there. My 2 favourite Americorns will also be there.

I had planned the same trip with Lou which was cancelled at the start of the pandemic. She, of course, is keen that I still go and feed it all back with video messages to the hospice. Leaving her today was predictably challenging. She's promised not to go anywhere.
