One careful owner….

Today was a bit of food shopping then a bit of cooking then a bit of ironing then a bit of gardening.  OH is off skiing early doors on Wednesday and has a friend staying overnight tomorrow ready for the early start.  I made a large lasagne so it is ready to go in the oven.  

Other chores completed by mid afternoon so I went in the garden for a couple of hours.  OH has scarified the lawn and the bits needed picking up so we took turns walking up and down with the old mower.  Boring but got my steps up to 10000.  I did a bit of weeding and general fiddling around while still waiting for everything to start growing.  We bought a new(old) mower  from a friend who has moved to smaller house with courtyard garden so has no need of mower with roller and other bells and whistles.  OH cleaned up the old mower after last use so I will advertise on EBay to see if there are any takers?

In for dinner and an email to an ex colleague now working in London (how has it taken 6 months to get around to it?) but date is in the diary for April.  A win at scrabble completed the day.
