A very hazy day!

I said on yesterday's Blip that we had a big walked planned for today - not quite as far as the past two. Walked from the Old Dungeon Gill, up Pike of Bliscoe, over Cold Pike and across Crinkle Crags. 10 1\2 miles and 3000 feet of ups. The photo is taken from the top of Pike of Bliscoe, looking over to the Crinkles. 

It was an odd day weather wise. Seemed sunny when we set off, but became very hazy within an hour, then clouded over and became very cold on the tops. We did think of lengthening the walk to take in Bowfell as well, but the call of a pint of Old Peculier in the Old Dungeon Gill pub was too strong.
