Another back blip, but at least I can remember what I did yesterday LOL. I worked at home, accompanied by the cats, I logged off early to go to the support group at the hospital which I attend every month. I ran tonight's session on healthy eating, had a nice chat with people, came home and watched tv. Yeah, I do lead an exciting life don't I ? LOL
