And the Winner Is...

The event? Log Rolling.

The number of contestants? 26 pelicans.

The prize? A medium-sized mullet (fish) that I "borrowed" from a nearby  fisherman.

Twenty-six pelicans were put to the test,
they came from the North, the East, and the West.
Only one bird could win,
the margin was slim,
but Endora turned out to be best.

The contest was intense, with all 26 birds moving their webbed feet to get the logs rolling and trying to hang on. It came down to four birds (pictured in the extras), but Endora outlasted them all.

Endora was best at the balance,
the prize fish is swallowed and gone.
After she downed the morsel,
she had to let out a big yawn.
