Thai recipe

The kids are away and so I have decided to cook for Charlotte tonight. I went for a dish that I saw John Torode cook on Masterchef the other evening. I struggled to get Thai basil, but managed to get most of the other bits in one form or another. Thought that maybe I should get my Blip done before I start in the kitchen as things are likely to get a little messy....

Taken with my 50mm prime lens, camera on a tripod and lit by a lamp from the left hand side, an off-camera flash to the right hand side and the on-camera flash. The exposure compensation was set to -2.
