Plong and the Echoes of Ellington Orchestra

Tonight a small group of us from Linton Jazz went to see the 'Swans and Planets' Concert - Pete's re-imagining of Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake and Holst's The Planets in the style of Duke Ellington.  Here is the double bass player rocking a solo.

James Davison who used to play with Linton Jazz was fabulous on the trumpet - as were all the musicians & it was great to see Pete again, who is once again very busy.

It was a fabulous evening and though the audience was small they were very enthusiastic.
