Derelict

I pass by this empty house occasionally, but I’ve never bothered to photograph it because the place is not that old, and it did not look very interesting. I assumed that it was a foreclosure, or part of an estate, but not completely abandoned. The building was eventually vandalized, and the broken windows and doors were boarded up. Someone recently broke into it again, and the roof is starting to collapse. Now that the interior is exposed to the elements, and animals have easy access inside, I would say that this house is officially derelict.
