It’s not easy to say, but I think we’re going to have to let her go.  It’s all coming back to us now when we queried the reference from Lady Sonja of Cuminestown.    It has to be said she makes a decent tattie bogle once everything’s planted out.  And she can crack walnuts by looking at them.  We’ve noticed she keeps a hydraulic ram in her room. But her Ps and Qs (notably when breaking wind whilst serving tea to the Beadle) are slipping, especially in the circles we aspire to.   
 
I think it calls for a re-write of Debretts.
