One of Five

Robert came today to help with some jobs in the garden. Firstly he put in a new solenoid into the ride-on mower so it is now ready for this year’s grass cutting. The afternoon was taken up with removing some small branches from the bottom of a tree and clearing some other debris so that another surveillance camera can be put up. This was not what was planned, but it was a worthwhile job.

I also reposition one of our wildlife cameras, now that the trees have been pruned. The second wildlife camera needs new batteries and they will arrive tomorrow.

The sun was lovely and we ate lunch in the garden; more good weather to come for the rest of the week.

Today’s picture is of one of the five Buzzards that were circling overhead for most of the afternoon. Unfotunately I could not get more than one in the photo at the same time.
