Fletcher Moss Park

Had such a lovely day today in Didsbury with B and his Dad. We wandered through the mainly self seeded wood and the walked around the multi layered landscaped garden pointing things out to each other. Then I found a beautiful garden of heather on the way out.

We finished off with lunch in the Thirsty Scollap Scholar which is still as quirky and busy as always. There are random vintage signs, mirrors and adverts hung on the walls and a vintage satchel and a pair of vintage ice skates strewn about the place as if absent mindedly forgotten by a customer long long ago. I highly recommend the Spinach & Ricotta Cannaloni.
