A Day At The Beach

After I had attended to my church website duties and posted all of the Sunday recordings, we decided that Fish and Chips for lunch was a great idea.

Where better than to drive to Stonehaven? We duly did so. We discovered a rather fine beach and boardwalk interspersed with many sculptures and interesting landscaping.

I have published several of the sculptures as extras. If you look carefully you wild a sad account on one sculpture and some great visual to the remainder.

We also discovered a rather excellent ice cream and confectionery shop. Would you believe Ardbeg malt and treacle flavoured ice cream? 

It is decidedly excellent.

On our return we watched the Formula 1 highlights.  Very pleased to see a Ferrari 1, 2 victory. Hopefully, the new regulations will result in much closer racing.

I am not too convinced about the maroon red colour. More London, Midland and Scottish rather than Maranello.
