Time for making …

….. ….. pesto again.
It’s my favourite for lunch, together with avocado, tomato & cheese.
This is the fermented ‘Leftover Pesto’ that I’ve been making on & off for years. It lasts 6-8 weeks, if it’s not eaten sooner. The vegetables are all from my garden here. No cheese - just cashew nuts.

So many people I know are getting Omicron now. 3 families today! Can’t say I’m hanging it to get it.
