Rain

The rain waited until I'd biked to physio, then it started. I thought I might get away with it, instead Bert was christened. I had a jacket and lights so all was well. I'm not so fussed on rim brakes in the wet.

Work was busy and had its challenges. I was glad for the opportunity to bike and the wind clear my head.

Physio is happy with my knee progress. It's probably another few weeks off doing more challenging stuff. There's plenty I can do and I'm grateful for that.

Today's gratitude: For Jasper's recovery. My little mate has his spark and strut back.
