A group of us hit the slopes early. My husband took our soon to Denver for a early afternoon flight. I was set to follow mid-afternoon for Baily’s evening flight. Trip should take 1.5 hours. It took us 4. My husband got back to ride along. Snow hung in much longer than predicted. The highway was backed up for 30 miles. We took the back roads to Denver but we’re able to get back to the rental house in 2.5 hours in the highway. Glad to live where snow isn’t much of a factor.
We did get a half day skiing in and much of the crew a full day.
