Marsh Harrier

Last evening there was a large fire on the marshes at Parkgate. It is thought that it was started by a group of teenagers who were seen there just before the fire started. It has caused a lot of damage and many birds have lost their nests as well as their food. I thought that I might see some birds looking for food at the nearby place where raptors and owls are seen. I didn't see any opwls but I did see three marsh harriers. They were a long way from me but even though well cropped, I think you can see that it's a marsh harrier.
