On my way up to the allotment I noticed these sweet little blue flowers in someone's front garden - first time this year I've tried to remember the name of something I only see once a year.

Pulled up more weeds, planted more seeds (carrots, more leeks, brokali) and fed the wee blighters.

Ah, the name has slowly surfaced from the depths.....think it's Scylla siberica.
