Day 14, April 12th - ciabatta

I started my ciabatta dough the night before, slightly worried about the water content but continued to make and bake and without the right size tub it turned out a little too flat. However it had fantastic holes inside and tasted great. Mum, dad, John, Max, Hayden and Richard agreed. So I just need to find the right size tub next time and it should be perfect. Definitely one of the easiest I reckon, many would disagree, I just say easy because the dough hook does most of the work on this one, as most of the others are hand needed #ilovePH
