Red clouds

It was all a bit 'Close Encounters' outside my bedroom window, this morning. A huge disk of cloud, reflecting the morning sun.

Still, I didn't let that put me off going outside and I popped out for a run at lunchtime. I've bought a new neoprene bandage for my right knee, which reminded me that I last bought one about twenty-five years ago when I had a temporary problem with the same knee.

Still, it didn't make much difference but, once again, my knee was fine after the first half mile or so.
