Church of the Assumption, Hartwell

A very grey and overcast day, rain in the air too. Annie is busy doing the Google code jam, far too clever for me.

At the other end of our village is Hartwell House and estate, a property with some interesting history that these days is a hotel and spa. In the grounds is Hartwell Church, a Grade II listed gothic revival church that has sadly seen much better days. Access is via the hotel but an enterprising photographer with long enough arms can grab a shot or two over the high stone walls!
