Linton Jazz Concert

Today we played our first concert in over two years due to covid.  That's me in the middle with the french horn.  Thank you Andrew for the photo.

It was in Steeple Bumpstead and 4 band members today tested positive for covid so there was a last minute scramble to get replacement musicians and other band members had to step up to cover solo parts.  As ever, we worked with it, and I was once again seriously impressed by the skills of our band.  We sounded pretty good.

The audience, and there were more of them than I was expecting, seemed to enjoy it - so well done everyone. x
