Saturday

The usual morning on the sofa with the tv, colouring and a bit of reading. 
Mum came along in the afternoon and we walked along the front in the sun. It was so nice to be at the sea again and to hear the crashing waves. We stood for a bit taking in the view. I didn't really want to go out; I am getting too used to being at home and see no need to go out. 

Now my mood has plummeted and I just want to hide from the world. I've got all I need in here.
