Retirement

A very very special friend, Lost her husband 2015 with a brain tumour.. We have been friends long time..  My gift a special.afternoon tea in   pods/igloo .. we had own special looking log burner, an alexa and prosseco whats not to enjoy..
Park run didint happen walked, woke up had coffee and breakfast heart rate racing. Listened to body and walked..
Amazing sunshine again but  v windy
