Immature bald eagle.

The trees are full of eagles this morning, I just had to try getting a shot using the R and it came out pretty good.  This eagle is looking down at a train passing below.  I did hear from Canon, they received my R5 and expect repairs to take a week.

In the EXTRA PHOTOS I have included a shot from Google Earth, showing the lake and surrounding area where I live.  I thought this would be fun if you are interested to see where I wander around.  Also shows the Columbia River on the other side of lake, towards the top of the photo.  The Columbia River is the state line between Oregon and Washington.  Yesterdays photo showed the cranes at the Port of Portland across the Columbia River.  The Port of Vancouver is to the left.  The bridge shown is the railroad bridge, Interstate 5 is further to the left off the photo.  The Ridgefield Wildlife refuge I often go to is further to the north (right side of photo) out of the photo. I live at the bottom of the photo along the edge of the lake.
