Photographs

I spent a couple of hours this morning looking through old photographs of my mother and father. I hadn't understood quite how emotional that would be. I also realise that I don't know where or when many of the photographs were taken. I think this one was in the garden of their previous house when my dad would have been about the same age as I am now. I have also discovered all the reels of 8mm cine film that he took on his travels around the Persian Gulf in the 1960s. Although there is a film projector here I think I will have to get them digitised.
