Half a ParkRun

My sprained ankle is much better after 10 days rest so I decided to try half of the 5K ParkRun today. Such a different day from the cold wet day two weeks ago - today was blue sky, sunshine and a bit of a breeze. I did the first lap (2.51K) in 34 minutes and decided, although my ankle seemed OK , that I would not risk the second half but would resume my daily walks tomorrow building up to the 3 miles/day so that by next week I should be able to confidently do the full course.
