Yeah okonomiyaki!

Absolutely my favorite dish in Hiroshima. I can't miss it when I come back to Hiroshima.

Just waiting for the Hiroshima style okonomiyaki being cooked over there layer by layer.
The taste of okonomi sauce with soba (noodles), cabbage, meet is just magnificent. Also very cheap.

I think Scottish guests liked this dish too.
