My small attempt at growing vegetables from seeds suffered a setback today. Shortly after I took this photo I attempted to put the trays back in the “greenhouse” in a different order and the shelves dislodged such that the trays fell onto the ground. I was not happy. A few choice words must have been heard by the builders next door. Not all is lost because not all the soil escaped so a rescue job is lined up for tomorrow. In the evening we went to The Gun Inn for a pleasant meal out and it felt good to be out, albeit that high Covid rates make me wary about being in social situations yet again.
