Jurassic Sunset
The "Photo Gang" (four friends & ex-work colleagues) headed down to Dorset and the Jurassic coast today for a long weekend of photography, tea rooms, catch-ups and chats (probably more of the latter!). Arriving at Corfe Castle for lunchtime we took full advantage of the balmy weather sitting outside in a tea room overlooked by the castle, which we later strolled around before heading over to Kimmerage Bay for fossils and coastal views (extra).
It was then back to just outside Corfe Castle to check into the B&B before popping down to road to Swyre Head to catch this glorious sunset.
Finally we dined well in a local pub planning our day for tomorrow ... I'm already exhausted! Just as well we've thought twice about getting up at 5am tomorrow to try to catch the sunrise over the castle, though that may still be on the cards Sunday!
