Conwy Valley

After working yesterday when I should have been of, I was half expecting to be told that I could take today off - but, alas it was not to be. It was brought up over tea, and my heart lifted - but it was simply a passing comment and the day continued as per usual.

I was meant to be doing an induction to the kitchen so that I would know what to do, but for whatever reason this didn't happen, so I'll turn up tomorrow at 7am and see what happens. I hope that I get breakfast...

Had an amazing evening, however, taking photos around the grounds. beautiful heavy showers flowing over, with beautiful clouds swirling up the valley and round the mountains.
