Red Nose Day

Today was Red Nose Day and our school chose to have silly hair or a silly hat because my hair is so short I couldn't really do anything with it and I didn't fancy colouring it so I went for the silly hat could have done with a wide load sign as kept forgetting it was sticking out and kept bumping into the door frame or the door where I hadn't opened it wide enough. There were some lovely ideas for hair one little girl had her hair as two cupcakes another one had a paper plate with a hole cut out in the centre and her hair in a bun to make a doughnut, one had a mermaid doll on the back of her head and mum had plaited her hair as the mermaid's tail and coloured it green, one mum had made a cardboard cone and then put it on her daughter's head and then wrapped her hair around it and coloured it to look like a unicorn horn but my favourite was the little girl whose mum had made her bun into a bird's nest complete with two little birds and then added butterfly clips I would have loved to have taken a photograph but as they are not my children and because of safeguarding I couldn't.
