Keep weaving…

Market this morning. In spite of the delightful weather we were rather quiet, although all of my pastries sold and most of Rob’s bread too.
An old friend happened to come in, we have not met since pre COVID so it was brilliant to catch up, quite a surprise for her to find us there!
Then out for lunch with the market cooks at Levens Hall. We sat outside in the courtyard and it was hot!! Who would have expected that in March.
I got home in time to briefly check the beehives, and pleased to say all four are looking good after the winter, just need to make sure they have enough food while the weather is still going cold and wet. Hoping for another honey crop this summer!
