Trucking Thursday... .

Early start again . Cattle fed by 6am so the ones going to the mart had time to eat their breakfast.
Geordie arrived in and we had them loaded and away by 7am.
Fed everything else,bagged up tomorrow's feed then headed off down the road to St Boswells.
A bigger sale today of native breeds. Most of them Aberdeen Angus.
Headed home via my mechanic pal's as he was going to weld the spout off my slurry tanker. However it's beyond redemption so he managed to source a new part from Carlisle, hopefully here by Monday.
While I was away there was a delivery of cattle feed. They kindly emailed the invoice tonight. So that's half my load of cattle spent before they are even paid.
