Shear Water

This morning we had a walk here at Shear Water with my sister and brother-in-law. The lake and surrounding woodlands are part of the Longleat Estate in Wiltshire and you could walk for miles along the various trails.

We contented ourselves with an hour long loop through the woods and back around the lake before repairing to a nearby cafe for very large and tasty sandwiches.

It was mid afternoon by the time we got home.
