I awoke this morning to find a thick frost and a clear sky - the rest of the day was sunny and for the first time this year, you could feel the warmth of the sun :-)

We had a busy day in the cafe and I was kept occupied for most of it behind the counter on "Drinks and Cakes". We served several Afternoon Teas and plenty of hot food as well. It won't be too long before we need to put some tables outside. This was the last day of Test and Protect, but we will be continuing to wear our visors for some time to come - Covid doesn't seem to be going away just yet...

After work and before catching the bus home, I walked around the Whitesands where the March Fair has been set up. I always feel a frisson of excitement at the idea of a Fair, probably a legacy from my teenage years, but these days I only enjoy it as a spectator.

A lovely full moon is rising outside as I type this and I think we are going to have a sunny weekend. Take care, Blip friends :-)
