Sunrise

I woke before 6 and decided to watch the sunrise. The windows in the  apartment are so dirty I put trousers over my pjs, coat, socks and slippers to go out and watch it over the road. The sunrise was stunning. It is amazing watching the sun appear and it really looks like it appears to come up out of the horizon. Lynne and I had a last walk along the prom to Cobble landing then we set off for home. We had a lovely stop in York for a wander round the lovely narrow streets by the Minster. We bought lunch and sat on a bench in the museum gardens. 
Definitely a beautiful spring day. A great journey home. 
Next time I go to Filey I will take Breeda.
