Smallest double yellow lines

These were in some of the papers recently. We've got new residents parking around here. In their wisdom, the council have painted these tiny yellow lines. They say its something to do with protecting a disabled bay from other cars encroaching on it. Tosh. They've not done the same anywhere else.

Good effort to make themselves a laughing stock!
