My Girls!

After a quick chat with our practice nurse, (blood pressure checked and blood samples taken) MaggieD and I had lunch out with Fiona and A. Later, we made use of the sunshine along the canal. 
Hope the weather forecast for the weekend is correct, we really need some sun and warmth.
