Long-tailed tit

I've had a day at home and made some muesli and a batch of pea soup. A delivery came exactly on time, a new keyboard stand that I'm very pleased with.  

It's been a lovely sunny day enabling me to get bedding and towels dry which is always good.  I've also been working in the garden and cleaning and disinfecting the bird feeders.

I saw my first butterfly of the year, a small tortoishell. Unfortunately it didn't settle in the garden so there's no photo. Luckily this long-tailed tit obliged while feeding on the fat balls in my next door neighbour's garden.
