Spring has sprung.

Another beautiful day. The breeze a bit less cold.
Farm shopping this morning, and then after lunch I left Mr C watching the Cheltenham Gold Cup ( well done Rachael Blackmore) and went for a walk to the pond and back.
Just too nice a day to stay inside. The chores can be done another day!

Still two Canada geese on the pond as well as a few Mallards and a Moorhen.
No sign of any nest building though.

The blossom looked stunning against the blue sky, and so have done a collage for Flower Friday, which also includes the buds of our neighbour’s magnolia tree. Hope it doesn’t get frosted before they open out.
Extras of the ducks, and a very unusual tree by the pond.
The sunlight lit up what turned out to be some bark peeling off. Looked so vivid I didn’t know at first what it was.

A good forecast for the next few days.
